As the COVID-19 outbreak continues, I want to reassure my wedding couples and event clients that we at ASK Weddings and Events are being extra vigilant and following government guidelines to ensure business continues as normal, with as minimum disruption as possible.
All existing weddings and event bookings will go ahead unless the government enforce otherwise. You and your guests safety and well-being is of the utmost importance to us, so we are closely watching the situation with COVID-19 and doing everything we can to make sure our clients and suppliers alike are not at risk.
Should you feel you are unable to proceed with the plans for your celebration due to self isolation or travel confinements we will happily help you to postpone your booking where ever possible, within the next 12 months free of charge. All we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible with a minimum of two weeks prior.
Thankfully, myself and the team haven't been directly affected by COVID-19 and we are taking precautionary measures to ensure this remains the case. However, as there is a health condition which constitutes a high risk of vulnerability to Coronavirus, I need to ensure the safety of my colleagues, and their families, as well as the greater community during this difficult and unprecedented time.
All communications will continue via email and phone, and should we be visiting you in person, we will of course welcome you warmly but will be refraining from shaking hands and any physical contact. We would therefore respectfully ask that if you feel unwell, or have been in contact with anyone who has fallen ill or has symptoms, that you rearrange any appointments or viewings you may have with us, for at least 14 days time.
It is becoming more and more crucial that, as we all learn together how to navigate this challenge, we follow the World Health Organisation’s advice and be guided by our government to help stop the dramatic spread. For more information, please read their public advice page: https://www.who.int/
